In 2026, we completed a major production upgrade by adding 40 high-speed computerized circular knitting machines. All 40 machines are now in operation, further strengthening our ability to support stable, efficient knit fabric production for global apparel customers.

The expansion increases our monthly knitting capacity by approximately 750,000 meters. More importantly, it gives our production team greater room to plan larger orders, balance multiple programs and respond more flexibly when customer requirements or delivery windows change.

A focused upgrade for core knitted fabrics

The new machines feature a 30-inch diameter, 96-feeder and 24-gauge configuration. This setup supports efficient production across a practical range of core knitted fabrics used in everyday fashion, casualwear and performance-led apparel programs.

What this expansion means for apparel brands

For sourcing teams, added capacity is valuable only when it improves the reliability of the complete programme. The new machines strengthen four areas that directly affect bulk production planning:

01

More reliable bulk production

Additional knitting capacity provides stronger support for larger repeat orders and ongoing core fabric programs.

02

Greater production flexibility

More machines give our team greater flexibility to schedule different fabric constructions and customer programs.

03

Shorter, more responsive lead times

Expanded capacity helps reduce production bottlenecks and supports faster response when timelines are tight.

04

Stronger peak-season delivery

Added production room improves our ability to manage seasonal order pressure while maintaining stable follow-up.

Capacity backed by process control

Higher output is only one part of reliable fabric supply. Alongside this investment, we continue to optimize the full production flow—from knitting and dyeing to inspection and shipment—so that increased volume is supported by consistent quality control and clear production follow-up.
